You can swim 25m and survive in the deep end, but feel breathless and need to rest after each length. You'd like to swim further with less effort, more comfort and confidence (and without fins). This course includes in water coaching, video feedback, and unlimited support between classes.

You are patient and calm. I like that you break down the drills and do not overwhelm us with everything all at once. With practice, things start to come together and feel better and then you encouraged us to start swimming longer distances! Last year I couldn't be in the deep end let alone swim multiple lengths. My progress is a reflection of your coaching and I appreciate that you've made something I feared all my life into a hobby.
