Level 1

Suitable for anyone who struggles to swim 25m or is uncomfortable swimming in the deep end. Learn the skills you need to swim with confidence in a fun and relaxed environment. This course includes in water coaching, video feedback, demo videos and unlimited support between classes. Must be comfortable putting your face in the water, otherwise start with private lessons.
